The 30-Day “Most Prepared Person in the Room” Guarantee: if you do not feel like the most organized, prepared person at that table, email info@iepcommandkit.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund 100% of what you paid. You keep every file. No forms, no interview, no conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Because this is a digital product, there is nothing to return. If you purchased the IEP Calendar + Two-Year Watch as an add-on, the same 30-day terms apply to it.
